Comprising four separate countries, the UK is the perfect melting pot of different cultures and traditions mixing together to create one special place. World-famous cities like London, Edinburgh and Manchester have so much to offer, it's easy to see why so many visitors flock here. In London, there is the world-famous Queen Elizabeth Tower and the Houses of Parliament, Edinburgh has the Castle and Arthur’s Seat, Manchester is home to both United and City football teams.
But, the UK is so much more than just cities. The Lake District in the north of England is home to some of the most picturesque scenery in the country, with lakes, forests and mountains all ready to explore. In Scotland, the scenery is simply breathtaking, with lochs and fells to explore. Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park is one of Britain’s largest, boasting some of Scotland’s most stunning lochs and plenty of watersport opportunities. Not forgetting Wales, home to Snowdonia National Park and coastal islands like Anglesey, and Northern Ireland, home to the world-famous Giant’s Causeway and Belfast, with the Titanic Exhibition and beers aplenty; and not forgetting Game of Thrones with around 25 filming locations of one of the most popular and successful TV series ever made!
